You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned:
- Unused and unworn: In the same condition that you received them.
- In original packaging: With all tags and original boxes intact.
- Due to a quality issue: If the item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged upon arrival.

Refund Timeline:
Once we receive your returned item at our facility, we will inspect it and process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process the refund after receipt. After it is processed, it may take an additional 7 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
